We stand behind our products, but do require that products are returned in an unused, new condition for manufacturer's defects. We do not accept returns other than for defective workmanship. All clothing item sales are final.
Please make sure you want the product before you purchase it.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
The shipping estimate is only an estimate of the transit time of the package per USPS in business days, it is not a quote of time from order to time of delivery. We try to ship often but cannot guarantee that an order will be shipped on the same day it was made.
We are not responsible for shipping delays due to the shipping carrier as this is beyond our control.
We are not responsible for loss or theft after the shipping carrier delivers the merchandise to the address provided. Please make sure you have a secure way to receive the package. Once the package is marked as delivered by the carrier our responsibility ends and the customer is responsible for contacting the shipping carrier to resolve any issues.
If you cancel your order after it has been shipped and we are able to reroute it you will still be responsible for the non-refundable shipping fee.
We do not ship to freight forwarders or parcel logistics addresses, if you list any of these as your delivery address the order will be cancelled.
In some international locations the risk of loss is high. In these locations, responsibility for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We will not ship to certain high risk countries and your order will be canceled if this is the case.
We are not responsible for Customs seizing your packages. Please make sure what you are ordering is lawful in your country. You can check restrictions by locating your country on this page: USPS Country Listings
Handling Fee (Colorado only)
Beginning July 1, 2022, Colorado’s Department of Revenue requires merchants that ship to a location in Colorado to collect and remit a Retail Delivery Fee (RDF) of $.27 on each order that meets the following criteria:
- At least one item in the order is subject to sales or use tax;
- The delivery for said item has been made by a motorized vehicle
